Mental Health carbamazapine and concerta

I have read that carbamazine lowers dopamine levels concerta obviously raises them.Will carbamazipine make concerta not effective?
 
Hi there, sorry for the late reply. It may slightly lessen the effect of your concerta, but not by much, and it should still be effective. If you find it does bother you, you could discuss raising the dose slightly with your GP or specialist.
