Can't find drug ID but have a pic, any clue what this is?

So I have this (bright) pink chalky powder. I have not the slightest clue what it would be cause it was my bro in laws, he had it on him when he suffered a crack seizure while driving and broke his neck I'm three places, so he doesn't know either.

I tasted a tiny tiny little bit and it basically tastes chally, the tiniest little hint of sweet, and made my mouth water similar to how meth would. Any help would be nice, thanks. Also my buddy remembers doing either PCP or speed in his younger days that looked that way.

Sounds like it could be u4 (U7700).

It’s a synthetic heroin that’s supposed to be pretty strong. Normally comes in baggies of off white or pink powder. Could’ve been attempting to come down with it but bad reaction?

Even if you had been able to post a picture we don't ID drugs here. Above poster gave best answer anyone could give and then they are only guessing.
