edit: tested with another user and could PM no problem. still can't send neurogesic a PM even though he PMed me.

well it worked when i started a new convo instead of replying.

I had the same issue trying to reply to the first message of someone.

When i started the conversation it wasn't a problem.

yeah, that's how i eventually got it to work. an inconvenience to have to start a new thread to continue a convo though. hopefully someone can fix it, sometime.
