For anyone with a stutter wondering if there's any drug that helps. Cannabis works BUT it has to be in a certain form. Not all cannabis works the same. That's why you usually get reviews saying "Cannabis helped me" and the next one is "Cannabis did shit for me". We are all individuals of course (I'm not) but here's what 20 years of experience eating cannabis has taught me. I've had brief moments in the past where cannabis has helped but there's never any consistency - some works, some doesn't. I never knew why...until now...I figured it out.

This is my conclusion:

1. Get some RSO - it's just the best full spectrum cannabis. This by itself should ease your stutter.
2. Get some cannabis TERPENES. That's right - you heard me. It's not the CBD or THC that's gonna help you the most - it's the terpenes acting together with the CBD or RSO - that's when the entourage effect kicks in and the cannabis becomes more powerful than you can possible imagine (If you want to stay legal try CBD with terpenes)

The Terpenes seem to be the magic sauce for stuttering.

Just a suggestion - good luck to you.

A little bit of a weird post. I'm glad you found what works for you.

Synthetic terpenes should be used with HIGH caution, they are volatile, need to use a mask when mixing and they need at least 4 days to sit before using.

Terpenes do offer a tonne of health benefits, but nowhere near what cannabinoids do.

RSO,(F.E.C.O.) is definitely the best cannabis medicine. But use with caution. Dosing matters. Start with a tiny dose for 4 or so consecutive days then slightly move up as needed.

Overdoing FECO will have you plastered to your bed for 12-36hours

I don't stutter, but I have mild Tourette's, and some of what you said really hit home. The randomness of what works and what doesn't, especially with cannabis, is real. For a long time I thought it was just about THC percentage, but like you, I've come around to thinking it's the profile that matters, cannabinoids with terpenes, not just one magic compound.

I tried the zowahh cannabis strain recently, and it was one of the first times I noticed a real shift in my ability to speak without tension. It wasn't a cure-all, but the combo of calming and clear-headedness was noticeable. I looked it up later and saw it's got this really rich terpene mix, especially limonene and myrcene, which might explain it. Not saying it's a miracle, but it's definitely one of those strains that felt "put together" right for neurological stuff.

Anyway, cool to see someone else looking deeper into the mechanics behind the effect. Too many people write it off after one bad edible or a lazy puff.
