Cannabis beer?

Hey guys, first and foremost I want to say what an amazing site this is, and how it does wonders for drug use, not abuse. I have been following it for years, but this is my first post.

I have recently started brewing my own beer, but want to make it a little funky if you know what I mean... Is it possible? I know about the whole extraction of THC in cannabis butter kerfuffle, but aparently it stays engrained in the lipids or something, so I can't just add cannabis butter to my beer, not to mention that it will ruin the flavour.

Is there any other way to extract it? And how much would I need for 5 gallons (about 20 litres)? I've had cannabis beer (cannabia i think it was called) once before, but don't know whether that had the effects, because I think it's legal. Didn't really drink enough to find out though...

Oh, and any other ideas of what would be good to put in it? I'd think about MDMA, but that really would ruin the flavour...
 
if the thc dissolves in alcohol and you had added some dank at the beginning of fermentation..., (sterilized of course) the alcohol would then suspend the thc during fermentation.........
i have no clue if this at all viable....but it seems logical to me.
 
Canibeer. I definitely like the sound of that. Do you think they would have a copy of the book at Barnes and Noble? I wouldn't spend $40 on it without looking at it first. I wouldn't mind a thc chew as well ;)
