Hi guys, first post here, I had a for Endocet, and I got it switched to Oxycodone IR due to the fact that I wanted to protect my liver a bit more for when I drank.

The pills I got, I literally can't find ANY information beside the official website stating.
Here it is ( http://www.purdue.ca/files/OXY IR Tablets PM EN-R.pdf )

I will first describe the pill
Perfectly round & white, there is a "5" covering the whole surface, on the flip side, scored, on top it says OXY and underneath the score is IR.

Now on the Website, it states it has a "TABLET COATING" which contains
Hydroxypropyl methucellulose
Hydroxypropyl cellulose
Polyethen gylcol
Titanium Dioxide

Can this coating be sucked off? is it some kind of anti abuse agent? I don't think so, but why is it there?

Now for the "TABLET" itself
Crospovidone, Lactose, Microcrystaline Cellulose (seems to be in every narcotic I get) and stearic acid

My question is, I looked up Captain Heroins Inactive ingredients list (thanks)
And it says the Crospovidone and MMC is INSOLUBLE, would this mean that the only solution a needle would draw would be Oxycodone + Lactose + stearic acid? Does this make it ****SAFE PILL (no such thing)**** AS ONE CAN GET? WHEN USING NEEDLES*****
And how come I'm having trouble finding Canadian opiate information, specifically about generics?

I have tried MANY different kinds of opiates, previously Hydromorphone-Contin and IR but just nasally used them, after making a water solution that is. I wish I kept a few around so I can shoot those instead. I respect all the information I will get, and understand all the dangers involved, and I research alot - these would be my final questions. Thank you.
And I repeat - I can't find a picture, or ANY information about this brand of OXYcodone-IR.

And is there a rush to injecting oxycodone, is there a SIGNIFICANT difference in effect compared to oral?? I heard only 'morphone drugs are meant to be shot, I went through my share of 'morphones with out doing so...damn!

Thank you so much for your time, I will from now on - post to help others in need. Thanks again.

the coating is to allow the tablets to be released from the mold when they are manufactured, & to prevent the tablets from disintegrating in a bottle. it's just like a coat of water-soluble sealing glue.

The crospovidone and such will turn to goo if you add water, but you can still filter it. Still not totally safe for injection unless you use a micron filter, as you could be injecting bacteria from your surroundings or the pill surface. Don't inject the solution if it's not clear like water. There shouldn't be cloudiness or particulates, as that's the crospovidone/cellulose dispersed in the water, that will eventually settle out.

Oxycodone is well absorbed orally, but you can still inject it (of course) for a faster onset. Plugging/rectal admin. works good too.

the coating is probably just to hold the tablet together, since there seem to be very few binders/fillers in that particular pill, probably a lot safer than many of the pills around. I'm assuming it's a 5mg pill? if that's the case, what's the point?

the rest of the stuff sounds like typical lubricants used to keep shit from clogging up the presses in the factory.

Pointless to shoot oxy, there is no rush. They last longer if you eat them. A lot less risk involved if you take them orally, so all in all, oral is the best route to take oxy :D

Thanks for the input guys, it was a bunch of help ~ I understand completely about the B/A of oral Oxy, and that was really nice info Sekio, thanks.

@Down508
Yes it's 5 MG, I don't have an insane tolerance - so that's why I guess.
Am just looking for a one-time EPIC rush & these seemed to be very clean tablets compared to others.

@Morphling
I guess I will wait til I get another 'MORPHONE type drug. Damn. Thanks for the input - this discouraged my IV use for Oxy, it goes against everything I wanted from an I.V exp.

Thanks guys.
TL : DR - OXY IV = No rush, not interested?! Damn.
