Can you get wheel filters at pharmacies or should I not even bother and just order some off the net?

if you're talkin about micron filters, no you generally cannot buy them at pharmacies

Unfortunately, you cannot. CVS/walgreens/etc don't carry them. Its either a hospital (good luck getting them to give them to you though) or online. The 'net it is.
