Can you cross contaminate test kits switching caps?

I may or may not have switched caps on some of my test kit bottles. I have the complete kit so there's 6 vials, no idea what caps might have been switched by accident. Could I have fucked it up getting a drop into the wrong bottle?

I really don't see this causing a problem but I don't really know. Maybe the guys in pill testing Q&A would be better to ask.

Yeah, it would probably be better suited there, but anyway, yeah there's definitely a chance of cross contamination...I would test out your reagents on some sort of control substance like 5-htp or aspirin or sugar...Go look up what colors they should turn when you test these and see how they turn out.

its funny u should ask a question like this because i was just reading up on testing gear and it said that for this brand that they put numbers on the caps so you dont switch it up and cross contaminate each other

Yes. My friend fell victim to that unfortunatly.
