Opioids can u i.v codeine phosphate 30mg tabs?

i have a friend who has a meth, dyamorphine amps and these small white pills that he crushes up and adds water to and heats up, im sure they are these codeine phosphate tabs, im really tryin to find out if they are the tabs I can I.V please any advise will be much appreciated, as I don't want to waist the tabs if its not worth it. many thanks guys xxx
 
no you can not IV codeine, it has a high histamine release and can cause you to have an allergic reaction. plus shooting pills is dangerous. if he has diamorphine amps (heroin) then he probably wouldnt be messing with codeine.
 
Yeah but only if you want a high chance of dying.
