can someone please message me and tell me how i view forums/questions/topic that i posted? and how to post another forum/question?

To post another question in a forum do the same thing you did here. Go to the forum and click the 'start new thread' icon on the top left above the threads. To view threads you posted in check your subscriptions. I'm not sure if the subscriptions are set to automatic, but if not you can click on 'thread tools' at the top of the first post in a thread, and select the 'subscribe' option. You can also choose the 'go advanced' option when replying to a post, and select to subscribe to the thread upon replying to it. Then go to 'settings' on the top right of the page, and there is a subscription folder on the left side of the page.

To set up your subscriptions you want settings (in the very top blue bar) --> general settings (on the side bar) --> Default Thread Subscription Mode: Instantly using email (on the drop down menu about half way down the page) --> Save Changes (at the bottom).
Then to view your subscribed threads just click settings (as you did in the very first part of setting this up, and they will appear there).
