Can it be saved???

My bubbles keep breaking I get stupid geeked sometimes. This one broke on the end of the stem. Could I just get a torch and melt the glass down a bit and pull it out with plyers? The stem is pretty long and I have already had to have the homie blow me a bubble because I broke it

I mean the bubble haha.. But no for reals... My homie took a stem pretty much don't know the name ha.. But heated it up and literally blew a bubble. I seen him pull the glass up though too. But GLASS not meth.
