Ok I'm getting ready to get back on sub, failed last time because I didn't taper proper.. I been back on H waiting till I got my hands on more subs, which I currently obtained. I am waiting about 32 hours since my last dose of h which was last night at 11pm. So basically I'm taking the first sub tomorrow morning. Would it be ok to take Xanax throughout the day today and tonight to sleep to help get me through the 32 hours before I can take the Sub? I have heard that Xanax or Benzo's can mess up the first Sub induction. Please let me know any opinions because I have the Xanax and it would help me get through these 32 hours immensly especially through the night so I can sleep, then wake up and take the first sub..

Why do you need to wait 32 hours to take sub's?
The xanax shouldn't hurt anything unless you were going to a doctor and they tested you before giving you any sub then determine you have been taking benzos so you wouldn't get any sub as that combo can be deadly at high doses of each medication.
The longest i would ever wait to induct is 8-12 hours, thats myself anyways 32 hours is a bit unnecessary unless you were on methadone but heroin is very short acting mabye 3-4 hours after dosing its pretty much out of the body when you have a tolerance. I have fast metabolism so I only waited about 6 hours I've even got away with 4 hours but that's not recommended every body is different and metabolises substances at a different pace. I have friends that have waited 12 hours and gotten sick and then there's people like me who take it after 4 hours and are fine.

Yes you'll be fine to take a benzo beforehand. Benzos are prescribed often along with suboxone to get people having a rough time transitioning through it and stabilized.
Just keep the doses small and don't go overboard.

Well last time I waited 25 hours and the sub didn't work to well, I did have Xanax in my system, so I was weary that it was affecting it. Or my other thought was that I took the sub to early. I want the sub to work no matter what, so I am waiting 32 Hours and was weary about the Xanax, but if it won't affect my sub induction in any way, then I am definitely going to take Xanax to help me through the rest of the day and to sleep tonight, then in the morning I begin my taper, the proper way this time..
And not going to go over board only have about 3.5mg, just took 1mg it is definitely helping, going to take another 1mg at 5pm, then 1.5 at 9pm then sleep, then when I awaken I can induce the sub and it will be approx 32 Hours since my last dose of H. That sound ideal to work?

Benzos can help the transition a lot for someone who has difficulty getting on the suboxone...It takes me 3 days to feel normal on suboxone, no matter how long I wait or how much suboxone I take!
When I first started on suboxone, I could take it 12 hours after using heroin and not feel sick...now I feel like shit no matter how long I wait, but it's not being caused by precipitated withdrawal...Most people I know wait 16-24 hours to dose the first dose...
If you were fairly naive to opiates to the point that suboxone "got you high", mixing it with a large amount of benzos could be dangerous! And there are plenty of people who get really high from suboxone, so for them it would be dangerous...but it doesn't sound like this applies to you...Of course, don't overdo it with the benzos the first day either! They can help with some aspects of withdrawal, but they won't take away the dopesickness no matter how much you take, and taking large doses can actually make it worse sometimes....but used conservatively, on an as-needed basis, they can be very helpful for someone in your situation...

32 hours is most likely enough time, but it's important to base your induction on when you feel sick enough, not by a predetermined amount of time. You have to be in moderate withdrawal, whenever that is for you. For some they are that sick in less than 24 hours, some longer, others it can take up to 48 hours before they are in enough withdrawal.
