Hi. I am prescribed to take a Ritalin every morning as I have a slight sleep disorder. I have to work open to close tomorrow (I'm a waitress at a very busy sports bar) and i have acquired 20 and 5 mg of adderrall. Soo I was wondering if it is safe to take 10 mg ritilan when I woke up, 5 mg adderall when my shift started and 20 mg adderall at 5? Or so I could sleep I'd do like 20 mg when my shift starts at 11 and 5 mg at 5?

Is this safe/effective?

They cancel each others effects out. Ritalin is a dopamine reputable inhibitor while adderall is a dopamine/norepinephrine releaser. Don't do it, you'll waste your drugs.

you MIGHT be better off taking the 20mg of adderall first thing in the morning, then taking the 5mg right before you start work then take if you even need to take the rit you could do so around hour 12 after the first morning dose of adder, and that might help more, if you take rit first you might be blocking the site where adder works, it isn't necessarily safe or effective, you should probably take either or, I have often thought about taking both and I don't, but everybodys different, you should maybe just avoid the rit and go for only the adderall in which case you would take the 20mg with breakfast and the 5mg like 6-8hours after and that will give you like 16-18 hours of coverage, good luck girl

Well at high doses they antagonize each other on paper, but at lower doses they have a additive effect due to DAT/NET blockade increases.
I have the mother of all sleep disorders, and personally I've found mixing the two (as prescribed) to be EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, in the sense that I was sweating through my shirt and had terrible dry mouth.
