Can flonase help nasal absorption of other drugs?

I know that flonase is a nasal allergy medication and also some kind of steroid? I'm not sure how flonase actually works, but if it's a steroid, it must boost some parts of your nose. Can this possibly help you absorb drugs better when snorted like coke or heroin?

I'm not sure about Flonase, but I've heard that Rhinaris can do the trick.
Can anyone confirm that?

A standard sympathomimetic nasal spray can help clear up your sinuses so that you can snort more dope... As for a steroid spray 'boosting parts of your nose' and therefore aiding in absorption of cocaine/heroin/other drugs, I really don't know. I have heard that steroid nasal sprays can thin the mucosa (which is what causes the bleeds that can occur with long term use,) which *might* result in increased absorption.
