Can a greenlighter send PMs

Hello, about an hour ago I sent a pm to a member. Only I just read on the wiki that green lighters cannot send a pm. Will the member I sent a pm to receive the message or will the sent message never be received because I am aa green lighter and the wiki said that green lighters cannot send. Thanks.

greenlighters can send one pm every 180 minutes.

where did you read that greenlighters can not send a pm? from the wiki (http://wiki.bluelight.org/index.php/Bluelight_User_Titles#Bluelight_Users:):

Greenlighter is the standard title for registered posters who have made fewer than 50 posts. Greenlighters' private messages (PM) storage is restricted to only 5 messages, and they can only send one message every three hours.

Oh I think i read that too, I was a bit confused however because under Personal Messages in the Green lighters guide I read this and I did not PM a staff member

Note: Only once you achive Bluelighter status can you send Private Messages to other Bluelighters. Greenlighters cannot send PMs. The exception is that anyone can send a PM to a staff member, even if the sender is a Greenlighter.
