So ho hum, this is gonna be my last little written word on here for quite sometime, perhaps forever. My life is getting really quite busy, and wacky. Everythings been up up up though, no negative reasons for my departure, just lack of time, and I've also not been "in" the rave scene for probably a good three years, so I'm kinda out of touch, but hey there is no better place to get empathatic responses to poetry than a rave sight. (as he mutters although I don't get responses to all my stuff)
So thanks a bunch to all who have given me reinforcement, positive or otherwise. One of these days hopefully I'll get some of this nonsense that I've been working on published, Hey I am a journalism major, then I can write scandolous things about the rave scene and get them on dateline heheheheh. So heres my last one, I thought I'd try and make an epic or something, like a couple I had written, but I'm going simple this time,
Hi,
hows it going he says,
as he slowly walks by.
Its been quite a time,
quite some time we've had,
peering into one another like an epic waiting to be read.
We maticoulosly trace every word that has been said.
We go threw this ride of ups and downs very carefully not to bump our head.
But books have to end,
no matter how much you procrastinate,
and lets say you were to read it over again?
It wouldn't be as great as the first time,
and sure it'd have some fun to it,
but instead we would know how each scene ends
instead of living the scene,
and that makes all the diference my friend.
Thats the difference between watching tv and being tv.
Instead of watching the activity,
you are the activity,
and I oh so want to be living now,
that this time I'm getting off this couch and moving.
------------------
If anything I do drugs to appreciate reality.
