I've found a few places online that sell shrooms and are willing to ship to the US. I ran a background check on one of the sites using a IP tracer and everything checked out. My question is: if I order shrooms from here, will I get them, or will customs intercept them, and if they do, what will happen? Also, do you think these companies are legit?

well i have bought from holland, and they got here alright. i think you are unlycky ashell if the custom checks out the mail. i ordered weedseeds once and they got here smashed (and seeds is legal). the custom works in mysterious ways.

I have a suggestion. In my opinion, the best play would be to order spores and then grow your own mushrooms using the PF Tek. Simple and cheap! Except for the spores (which you can order online), all the materials can be purchased at Wal-Mart or a supermarket. Good luck.

I imagine you've read shroomery.org? there's a page there which compares the legalities of spores/fresh/dried/etc etc in all the states.

yeah.. spores are legal, so they are in the mail regularly, well, at least here they are
growing them is REALLY easy and cheap. so, spore:legal, fungi: illegal...

The spores are legal in every state in the US except cali.
If you order them they will probably arrive with no problems. If they are seized...Customs doesn't give a fuck...that is fact. They take the shrooms and send you a form letter that you throw in the trash. Nobody has time to bust someone for something so trivial. Yes, be cautious...but don't waste any time worrying.
