Heroin Buying rigs in CA

so i recently moved from Texas to California and in Texas i could just walk into Walgreen's and get rigs but in California i cant buy rigs, i really don't want to have to buy them online for the fact that i stay with family ATM and don't want them to know anything they dont already know just curious how anyone here goes about getting rigs?
 
The laws vary by county. If the one you're in doesn't sell rigs OTC, either go to one that does, or look for a needle exchange.

We don't allow regional threads in OD, as it is a global forum, so I'm going to close this. But, find out the laws for the surrounding counties and look up the location of a needle exchange. That's how you do it.
