I got some Temgesic .2mg (sublingual) today, and decided to take one before going to work. I am adding this because there is no trip reports that i know of with this substance on here.
Previous opiate experience: I have experience with morphine, oxycodone, codeine, methadone, and a few others. I generally find them to be ok, I am not an opiate lover. I generally get side effects like some negative stimulation and nausea from them. When i was younger, like 14, I liked opiates a lot more than now. But one time i took 7 OC40's orally at once, not really knowing how powerful they were because they were free and not researched. I was in heaven for 6 hours then it was complete hell and I felt like i was going to die. After that is when I think my liking for opiates came down. I still do them occasionally, like twice a month with some cannabis.
My reason for obtaining this drug was to help me with my back and other pains associated with my jobs, and to possibly help sleep. I have read this opiate has less side effects than others and was long acting.
I took one under the tongue at 4pm. dissolved in 5 minutes, didnt taste too bad. Felt first slight opiate effects at 4:20. Very mild.
At 5pm I could feel it a little bit more. It was so weak I was going to take another but didnt.
The effects peaked at 7pm. It felt like about the strength of 15-20mg of oxycodone, but less nausea and less of a rush feel. It had come on very gradually. I think it feels better than methadone. Comparable in effects to codeine sulfate. I felt pretty good working and time went by quicker than usual.
At 9pm the effects hadn't gone down much. I still felt the mood boost. It doesn't seem too sedating. Slight nausea started after I was done working. I noticed pain relief that was good, better than expected.
It is 9:20 now and it hasn't come down much at all, which is good. It is fairly enjoyable. I can't describe it much better, feels almost like any other opiate, just long acting and it comes on very slow.

I have gone through some bad side effects the last 2 hours. It started as mild nausea and increased to almost severe. I was ready to puke. I layed in bed and felt that my breathing was slow. I got a bad headache. I can't see very clear. I am not pissing any and i have drank good bits of water. I smoked some weed when first getting these side effects and it didnt help much. I am sensitive to opiates, but I thought I would be able to handle this dose. I think the slight antagonist effect may have been what caused some of these side effects. Right now i feel lousy and cant eat. i am sweaty and hot. No more of this at this dosage...damn i cant wait till this passes.
