Buprenorphine dose for best pain killing effect. Not prevention of opiate withdrawal.

I've noticed Buprenorphine comes in all kinds of different preparations for strong pain always given in under 1mg while they usually start people on 4mg for opiate withdrawal and increase the dose usually to 8mg or 16mg.

I have 3 questions about Buprenorphine. I'd appreciate it if any of them could be answered or commented on through research or experience.

Question 1
Does Buprenorphine have a general pain killing effect that works for all kinds of pain relief in low doses but because buprenorphine blocks the effects of opiates, it blocked its own effects so to speak and in higher doses stops working as a general pain killer but gets more suitable for stopping opiate withdrawal?

Question 2
If this is the case what is the optimal dose for general pain killing effects if I have no opiate tolerance?

Question 3
Does Naloxone found in Suboxone have any effects on pain killing effects or stopping opiate withdrawal?

I'm sure the optimal dose for stopping opiate withdrawal would simply be around 8mg-16mg. Wherever the approximate ceiling dose is. So I'm not going to even bother asking this.

I found a commonly used Buprenorphine preparation for pain. One that you took sublingually so it would be easier to compare.
I wanted to find out how strong Buprenorphine would be compared to Oxycodone if it didn't stop being a general pain killer in small doses if that is the case.

Temgesic Sublingual tablets for moderate to severe pain with a dose of 1-2 tablets every 6-8 hours contains: 216 micrograms of Buprenorphine hydrochloride (equivalent to 200 micrograms of buprenorphine)

These are rough estimates I've read from different dosage and bioavailability conversion charts.
300mcg IV Buprenorphine=20mg IV oxycodone.
300mcg IV Buprenorphine=1mg oral Oxycodone.
20mg IV Oxycodone= 16mg oral Oxycodone.
1mg Buprenorphine=16mg oral Oxycodone.
100mcg sublingual Buprenorphine=1.6mg oral Oxycodone.
400mcg sublingual Buprenorphine=6.4mg oral Oxycodone.
4mg sublingual Buprenorphine=64mg oral Oxycodone

Taking 2 Temgesic Sublingual tablets would be similar to swallowing 6.4mg of Oxycodone.
Oxycodone pills come 5mg-20mg to be taking every 4-6 hours and the Buprenorphine builds up in your system so it would be similar.

Taking 16mg of Buprenorphine would feel as strong as 256mg of Oxycodone. if it kept it's potency as the dose went up.

Maybe someone could help me understand how taking different doses of Buprenorphine work.

Thanks.

Bump. I'm sorry about all the thread I've been making on Bupe but I'd like at least the first questioned answered.
Does Bupe block it's own analgesic effects or what?
