Opioids Buprenorphine and Dextroamphetamine Worth while combo?

How dangerous is this? Is it worthwhile, or best to take a running jump over the whole idea?
 
I think that mixing the two of them together may not be the best idea - not because it's necessarily dangerous but because bupe is quite a stimualting opiate anyway, and mixed with dexedrine it would be overly stimulating in comparison to just on its own.

Codeine and dex maybe better then??
 
Dex and codeine is lovely. Gets rid of the drowsiness and actually at a low dose (5mg) potentiaties it. Take the dose higher and it's a pharma pseudo speedball. It's euphoric, but can drown out the codeine a bit. I suggest using a stronger opiate. Maybe bupe will be good, but test and be careful.

Mixing stims and opiates is lovely. In my opinion it adds a lot to the euphoria, in low doses potentiaties and higher makes it more blissful.
 
Ok cool, I don't get dex in my country, or any decent Rx opiates, for that matter, so that is why I asked.

the UK? Somewhere in Africa/Asia? I know the US, Canada, and Australia all have some form of dexedrine (although I know in Australia they only have the 5mg IR tabs).

If you don't want to share, no worries.

I have combined Suboxone and Dexedrine before, while prescribed them both. I honestly don't think it's that great of a combo, but it sure does intensify the stimulation as both drugs have stimulating properties. Maybe not everyone finds Suboxone to be stimulating, but I know I do.
 
Bupe lasts a long time and at times is stimulant and at times can be quite drowsy but i can see that the dex would obviously bring out the stimulant side of the drug. Have to wait and see will be trying this next week and maybe try with codeine aswell. Yer basically a poor mans speed ball.

South Africa.
Not good for Rx stimulants or Rx opiates.
There just aren't any.

It sux when you know exactly what medicine you need, and all you can get is AD's and benzos.
I don't need AD and benzos, I need desoxyn.

OP- i take vyvanse idk if u count that as dexamp but i do cus it turns into it and subs every morning. I notice the subs bring a little more stimulation although im maintaining on it. If you nod out on subs im assuming u have little to no tolerance for opiates/oids so i would think that combination would be quite nice

Yer my tolerance must be close to zero at the moment been over a year since i did anything like oxy or morphine and last few months just had a few codeine sessions. Tramadol i take regularly though but doesnt seem to have a cross tolerance well certainly not for me.
 
Tramadol is about equivalent to the strength of codeine. So yeah your tolerance is very low, bupe is a very, very strong opiate... I would start with .5mg and wait 2-3 hours bupe takes a while to peak. If your not feelin good with .5mg i would dose another .25mg and then access from there again waiting no less than 2 hours and going up another .25mg to 1mg if your still not feelin it at .75mg. Honestly though I do not see how you wouldn't feel .5mg you should deff. feel it. .5mg of bupe is about equal to 200mg of oral codiene, taking into account that they won't have full cross tolerance .5mg of bupe should be your sweet spot.
 
Thanks for the advice, I have used bupe alot in the past so no problem dosing just never really done a "speedball" apart form a taking morphine at the end of a coke binge but certainly didnt feel like what i hear speedball described as but they werent taken to peak at the same point.

With codeine i would of guessed to take the dexies at about 40 mins after taking and probably insufflated.

Bupe is harder to gauge when to take sniff the dexies maybe aslong as 2 hours after taking it? what you reckon or just wait for that warm glow to settle then sniffly flick the dexies up.

I would do sniff the bupe take about .3-.5mg of that then the dexamps about 1-1.5 hours after so they hit at the same time.

How much bupe do you normally take and whens the last time you took it? Your tolerance could have gone down if it wasnt that recently so dont take the normal dose you would do.
 
Couple of weeks ago, like i said though i do take tramadol almost every other day some weeks but haven't touched even trams for about a week and last time on codeine was 2 weeks ago.

Don't plan on doing this until near the end of next week probably.

What was your dosage for bupe then man?
 
my last dose was 1mg but done in .6 then .4 later on. I use temgesic not subs.
