Bupe Bupe or nalaxone that prevents one from feeling an opiate?

Quick question.. Now is it the bupe or the nalaxone is suboxone that prevents you from feeling a full agonist opiate such as heroin? If it's the bupe then it wouldn't matter if one were to take suboxone or subutex, they still would get no effect from the opiate? Or could one take subutex and not have to worry about waiting to take an opiate since there is no nalaxone and nalaxone is indeed the ingredient that "blocks" the opiate effect? Always wondered this... Thanks

The bupe is what blocks other opioids. The naloxone has no effects for all intents and purposes. You are correct that it doesn't matter if you take subutex or suboxone, they both have the same effects and both will block other opioids to some degree (because it is the bupe and not naloxone that does the blocking in this case).-DG
