Bupe Bupe/Kratom. Pharmacy denied my Suboxone prescription and urgently need withdrawal advice please

Hi, any reply is deeply appreciated, as I am stressing hard. How would you manage the impending withdrawal described below?

I take 10mgs of prescribed Suboxone per day. My doctor called in refill several days ago, but the pharmacy told me that I can't pick up until 4/12

Alas, I took 6mg at 6pm (I split my dose and take a larger evening dose), and have half a film left (4mg). I wont have access to meds until Monday night at the earliest, after I connect with my doctor.

I am a therapist and have many sessions on Monday. I am considering NOT taking my last half film tomorrow and then taking kratom tomorrow (Sunday) night and into Monday to manage withdrawal and be able to work. Is this insane? Is there a better way? Will I go into precipitated withdrawal if I them take Suboxone on Monday night or Tuesday morning

I know I'm being dramatic because I only have to be uncomfortable for a few days, but my fear of withdrawal runs deep.

Kratom and suboxone play nice. You’ll be fine. Save your
Half stirip for Monday day with clients. Go with kratom till then. Don’t worry be happy. On work day take both. Cheers!

Any dosing suggestions for kratom? And you are saying that, regardless of which med I take first, I will not experience precipitated withdrawal, right?
