since buprenorphine has such a high affinity for the receptors does that mean that it also blocks the effect of loperamide in the gut?

If you are on bupe there is no way you need loperamide.

Also bupe blocks other opiates in the brain, loperamide does not cross the BBB (except in extremely small amounts).

But seriously, if you are havin the shits while on bupe something has gone terribly wrong. Food poisoning perhaps? Either that or someone gave you a laxitive or dropped visine in your coffee.
