swim has the 9th,8th,7th, and 6th ribs fractured on the left side, on the right side the 6th rib is fractured too, he also has 3 enlarged discs in his back with one squeezing a nerve, he has both of the painkillers but wants to know if the bupe will block the pain relief from the oxies, he can inject both, doesnt care about getting high but wants to know if he will get additional pain relief by combining both? either oxies first then bupe or vice versa, he doesnt want to waste either one of them if one is going to toss the other out the proverbial window :(

Bupe and oxys do not mix. Use one or the other.

Do a simple search on blue light or even Google and you will find a plethora of information.

we dont use swim on this website..

bupre and oxy is an interesting choice. for me, if i take below 1mg of bupre a day, i can get high on oxy 4-6hrs later. anything at or above 2mgs blocks other opiates for me for 12-18hrs. idk, i think the bupre is a bit unnecessary. but your doctor problem knows your situation better than me...

DEFINITELY take the bupre BEFORE the oxy. if i were you, i would use the bupre in the morning, and oxy at mid-day/afternoon. bupre before oxy wont cause you to go into withdrawal when you take bupre again, but oxy then bupre will cause you troubles.

it is well known that peripheral opiates provide 50% of the analgesia from opiates, so maybe your doctor is aiming for this?? what type and how much bupre does your doctor have you on? i can imagine temegesic (.2-.6mg bupre) could be beneficial to oxy, but anything above 1mg will be trivial IME
