ok so i planned to do bupe today, for a none tolerant user 1mg sublingual has always been a agood amount, but i definatly underweighed, the dose was about 0.5-0.8 at the most, felt it very mildly and still do mildy as fuck though tbh (been about 9 hours), thing is now i wanna chill on some benzos and a few cheeky lines of meph (keeping them small), i have a very high benzo tolerance, as in some nights i could do 6-8mg xanax, 100mg+ diaz in a day etc, lost most of its effects for me except the anti-anxiety ones, should i be ok combining, im already on my prescribed 20mg i get daily but im thinking of going up another 20mg, i know that seems alot on an opiate, but thats the same as 2mg xanax, dont think its hard on your breathing as xanax either, and bupe at this dose certainly isnt doing that much, but would like opinions if i should be ok considering my large benzo tolerance.

ah fair enough, my benzo tolerance is very high, breathing atm is fine on this just under 1mg bupe dose and 30mg, can always have a perky line to stimulate the cns? still a bit dodgy though, but its just my benzo tolerance is very very high/

It's actually not against harm reduction to tell someone the truth.
When people overestimate the synergy of benzos and buprenorphine, and tell people "never" to combine them, eventually someone curious enough will combine them.
They'll notice they didn't instantly die, and think what we're telling people is BS. Then, they'll down 10x as much benzos while trying to "chase" the high they are experiencing.
Then someone gets hurt, because are forewarning was not accurate.
If you have a high benzo tolerance, you should be fine combining < 1mg buprenorphine, and one or two doses of benzos.
I would just strongly recommend not to go off into the deep end of taking lots of benzos while on buprenorphine, that's where most people seem to run into problems.

The OP is done with it as they decided it wasn't worth risking so I'm going to go ahead and close this.
I have a very low benzo tolerance, and have no problem mixing a small/medium dose of benzos with buprenorphine.
As I said earlier, just don't take lots and lots of benzos, save most of them for another day.
