Misc Bruising From Injury to Past Injection Site

I (apparently - I was blacked out) tried to climb a tree, and in the process jumped from one limb to another and smashed my left arm into the bark. No problems yet. Two to three days later, I've got bruising that's just as bad as when I was a hard IV addict, and it really LOOKS like track marks. Is this because of damage caused to the vein I was using in that spot, making it likely to happen when force is applied?

You probably have inks scars from using and now the new injury is bringing out because of vein swelling.

I hit my hand yesterday and were I was shooting up swelled more than the other areas and looked like I had hit up recently but I hadn't...... Normal
