Hello, Today i bought Bromanatane from pharmacy just for 10$.
Ate 250 mg.
After 30 minutes i feel warmth all over my body, some pleasant bu heave sensations, which i cannot call opioid. It gave some stimulation, mind is not clouded, music sounds better.
After hour. Ate +150 mg, 400 mg total - feelings increase.
I will check it tomoroow and in sunday when i will be playing with my band - how it connects with playing music.

It becomes stronger, there's an urge to do something, small but existence, but there's no such an euphoria i can get with amphetamines.

Moving is pleasurable, it's definitly psycoactive, there is a general joy in feeling.

Thanks for posting. There is very little info to be found on the net about this obscure drug, and I have seen no first hand reports of it. What other drugs would you compare the feeling to?

From what I read on wikipedia, it's a stimulant like analog of the anti-viral/anti-parkinsons drug amantadine that acts as a seretonin and dopamine reuptake inhibitor. I wonder if it, like it's analogs amantadine and memantine, is an NMDA antagonist as well.

Are you from Russia? That seems to be the where this drug is most known.

be safe and have fun.

I am very curious about this nootropic.. The field reports are few. The adamantane moiety is very special.. We are talking about a Diamond Stimulant. Is it as good as it appears structurally?

By the way, seems someone is selling it online, legally.

Here are some facts.

Description:
Bromantane is an adamantane derivative developed in Russia in the 1970s for the improvement of physical and mental efficiency. It was used by the Soviet and Russian armies to shorten recovery times after strong physical exertion. [1]
Bromantane has been described as an actoprotector, a class of synthetic adaptogenic drugs that enhances the capacity to deal with physical loads without increasing oxygen consumption. [2]
Physiological effects attributed to Bromantane include stimulative and anxiolytic effects, increases to physical and intellectual working capacity, resistance to hypoxia and hyperthermia, acceleration of mnemonic learning, improved physical coordination, anti-sedative action, enhanced muscular contraction, and improved immune function. [1]
Bromantane's effects are believed to be due, in part, to enhanced dopamine expression and increased GABAergic transmission. [3]
Bromantane was detected in a number of athletes' urine during the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, where it was being used as a doping agent to enhance physical performance. [4] It was subsequently added to the WADA list of prohibited substances.
