Pharmacology Brixadi - does the ROA and lack of nalaxone change anything significant

Basically the question. Just can’t find much at all on it. I am waiting on my shot. It was supposed to be there today.

Currently take one 8mg and will be in 16mg a week brixadi.

I guess I’m just wondering aside from lower dosages does it change anything?
