Sorry if I posted this in this in the wrong category. I wasn't sure where to put it!
Anyway, I just got married and my spouse is from a country where methadone is banned. However, I am on a methadone treatment program. Our parents have been waiting and waiting to have a wedding party. We have delayed and delayed to our parents for long enough, So we just had to book flights.
The methadone does not come in pill form, so they gave me 4 bottles to bring,. What is the best way to get them there without getting into trouble? We have thought of a few ideas that may work. Can anyone think of any better ways? Here is what we thought of so far:
1) Emptying the 4 bottles into cosmetic bottles (i.e.skin toner or skin lotion, etc.. ), filiing them up with m-done, and putting them into our suitcases.
2) Emptying 4 bottles of cosmetics and replacing it with the methadone, and putting them into our suitcases.
3) Bringing the original bottles along with me (in my suitcase) that have my names of them with my ID card, and my Doctor's name on it. If they find it, I can claim i had no idea of this law banning methadone.
So what does everyone think about the above? If you have anything to add, PLEASE HELP US, AS WE ARE ARE DESPERATE!!
