Is it just me, or are these rounds getting harder and harder to pick one entry to vote for? I'll have to come back and take another look when I've had some caffeine.

I was torn between D's and BA,I went with BA b/c th ephoto captures the skyline beautifully and as always is perfectly done.....
D's picture for me really captured New Orleans well......the people in it representing the many types of people found there,the children and the energy they represent in the photo screams Lousiana to me- The people there have such a vibrant energy.........
The street, the bright colors and the darkness, all very much bring the Louisiana vibe..........I feel that picture brought me the feeling of the city better than all others, but BA's does look like a postcard.

Thanks! I was in the right place at the right time....just before Halloween and the Parade of Lost Souls http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parade_of_the_Lost_Souls that is an annual event in my neighbourhood.

I like the minimalist style and the non-cliche take on a well-known monument.

It's a refreshing alternative to the usual "arch and skyline" tourist postcard pictures, that can be nice, but are too common and kinda boring.
