Hi all,

Long time reader, first time poster on this very insightful forum....

I'm currently in Bangkok and I managed to get decent supply of what I am told is Valium. The pills have Mano10, with a score line on the back and are blue in colour.
After being knocked back by several pharmacies, I managed to find one that would sell me some OTC... The pharmacist had a big tub of them and after doing some research I've ascertained that they are a generic brand of Diazepam manufactured in India...

I have tried a couple and they seem to be hit and miss.... is there any way of finding out whether these are fake? or does any one know whether it's common practise for pharmacies to flog fake Valium OTC in Bangkok?

Thanks all!

considering the territories (Thailand loves selling fake shit & India loves making fake shit) there is a higher risk that you will get rip off products.

you say they are inconsistent? a professional pharma company has all sorts of QA controls in place to ensure inconsistencies can't happen, by the sounds of it your mano10s don't fit this bill.

there are plenty of reports on dodgy Indian pharma companies producing bunk meds - modafinil, Viagra, Diaz etc

tread with caution!

Unfortunately this isn't a question we can help you with - we don't do pill IDs, and any advice would only be a guess. As mork said, they could be fake, so be careful.
