Harm Reduction Blown vein/abscess? Help please

So I just noticed that I have a giant bump under my vein but it wasn’t there until I rubbed my skin all around so I’m wondering if it’s just missed shots and blood forming or an actual infection. It isn’t red but it is definitely inflamed. I haven’t even shot on this vein in nearly a week I use the one next to it ..
