My instinct is that this is bogus. When enthusiasts of this electric blood treatment stuff are asked for proof they usually say it is suppressed because no one wants people getting healthy when there is so much money in disease or something of the like. I have a hard time believing that a technique that supposedly cures AIDS, hepatitis, and every pathogen caused disease could be successfully suppressed for over a decade.

I'm less familiar with this Dr Bob Beck than I am with Hulda Clarke who I am confident was a fraud (she had similar electrical cures). I wouldn't put off conventional treatment of any significant problem to experiment with something as iffy as this.

"now who would like to see this information suppressed?"

Yes, suppressed right onto one of the most popular websites in the english-speaking world, and overwhelming the page of the world's most popular search engine when you search for "blood electrocution".

As if the pharmaceutical industry could ever even pull this off even in the absence of the internet. Iran can accumulate the technology to build a nuclear bomb, but it can't cure the cancer and AIDS of Iranians? African governments reliant on charity for anti-retrovirals wouldn't buy a couple thousand magic cancer curing boxes instead?

1) its impossible to electrify "the blood" exclusively-- other tissues in the body also conduct electricity.

2) the technology's proponents simultaneously claim two different mechanisms of action (destroying reverse transcriptase, an enzyme one would find within the host cells, and destroying protein markers on pathogenic capsids/cell membranes-- never mind that all of the body's cells protein markers remain intact after this therapy, that virii don't have their own enzymes (to my knowledge) and that neither of these mechanisms have been proven in a lab.)

3) that cancer, virii, and other pathogens can be found in other tissue, not just the blood)

When the people screaming the loudest about suppression of information are also ready to take your credit card number-- you should keep walking.

blood electrification does work

I have used blood electrification successfully against the CFS virus and flu. Here are my responses to the previous 3 points:

1) its impossible to electrify "the blood" exclusively-- other tissues in the body also conduct electricity.

Being an electronics technician I can inform you that electricity takes the path of least resistance. The blood is more conductive than the body tissues (muscle, fat, ligaments, bones). So applying electricity to the skin that has an artery just under it allows the current to enter the artery and mostly stay there on its journey through the arterial blood to the other electrode which is also placed over an artery.

2) the technology's proponents simultaneously claim two different mechanisms of action (destroying reverse transcriptase, an enzyme one would find within the host cells, and destroying protein markers on pathogenic capsids/cell membranes-- never mind that all of the body's cells protein markers remain intact after this therapy, that virii don't have their own enzymes (to my knowledge) and that neither of these mechanisms have been proven in a lab.)

http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/articles/bob_peck_protocol.html says about blood electrification: " the application of the current destroyed the outer protein coat of the HIV virus, thereby preventing the virus from producing reverse transcriptase, an enzyme necessary for the viral invasion of host cells. As Kaali and Lyman discovered, without entrance into a host cell, the microorganism is vulnerable to destruction by the body’s immune system. "
Google "HIV reverse transcriptase" and you will see many research papers using that term. If viruses such as HIV do no have reverse transcriptase then why are the studies talking about it?
The "mechanism" has not been proven, but the fact that electrification disables the ability of HIV to infect cells has been proven in a lab. (http://www.dragonfly75.com/eng/research.html) That's what started this idea of self-treatment with electric current to fight microbes.

3) that cancer, virii, and other pathogens can be found in other tissue, not just the blood)

In agreement with that, the same web site says: "This electromedical treatment was initially used as an AIDS/HIV therapy but Beck found that in some cases the AIDS/HIV virus returned after treatment. He believed that this was due to the fact that some viruses hide in tissues within the body and are dormant or colonize certain areas and are therefore not circulating within the blood. For example, the AIDS virus colonizes in the gut and the herpes virus is found in the nervous system. In order to target all areas, Beck developed a Magnetic Pulser to disable these microbes. The Magnetic Pulser is used to attack microbes which are not circulating in the blood."
Besides that, the lymph fluid, which has twice the volume of blood, empties into the bloodstream every few days (time period depending on diet) so that treating the blood will still get everything that is motile except for microbes that are attached to something.

Show me a proper double-blind, peer-reviewed article in a journal with a decent impact rating, then I might look deeper in to it. From here it smells like bullshit.

Interesting, Im curious to know if you ask this same question to your doctor who prescribes you a medication or a shot of some sort? Bob Beck has provided sufficient evidence that his technology has worked on HIV/Aids patients as well as those suffering from many other illnesses. You can find this in his "Take back your health" handout. More impressive he has not made a dime on giving this information or on the technology. He also provided us with the knowledge on how to build one ourselves. And please, next time don't be such an ass and demand other to provide you with proof. First do your own research then share with the rest of us!!!

I put more stock into talking with people and finding out if things worked for them than any double blind placebo study.

Im curious about Beck's biotuner and may buy one here before too long.

listen, mr. beck- we don't ask for double-blind/peer-reviews from our doctors giving us pills/shots, BECAUSE THE VERY PRACTICE HAS SUCH MEASURES BUILT IN! the idea of doing one's own research on any 'miracle elixir' is ridiculous.

You have to do your own research on anything in this life. You can't expect a peer-reviewed study will give you all the answers you are looking for.

No matter how 'ridiculous' something may seem, if you don't have anything constructive to add, please don't say anything at all.

Closing this thread for now. If anyone has any other experience with this type of therapy and would like to post their experience, please feel free to message whoever is HL mod (since this subject doesn't get many replies) at the time.

Thanks.

Actually frankme, I look into every drug that I take before I do it. That's what originally got me into harm reduction. And as it has been mentioned, medicine has a high standard for proving safety and efficacy, although it isn't anywhere near perfect of course. Hence doing some legwork yourself. And, you know, being a little bit scientifically literate; at least enough to smell bullshit when it's right under your nose.

Also: lol at digging up a 2 year old thread. The only non-derisive posts being 1-post noobs; I smell some alts in here.
