Misc Blood and Urine Test for Navy

For the past year I've been an OC addict and a pesudo benzo addict. I have the opportunity to join the Navy in 4 days and have been slowing down my use. The problem is I just stopped OC six days ago and have still been doing benzos every few days. Knowing this I would expect to fail the blood test which is why I plan on passing this month. How long do opiates and benzos stay in the system for a blood test?

Also, anyone who answers questions the violate the guidelines will be infracted or warned and their post unapproved.
