Quick question, I didn't see the answer. So if I block someone, I won't see their posts or receive messages from them. But once blocked, will they be able to see my posts or blogs or see anything about my account?

yes. posts you make on bl are public - you can't specify who'll see them and who will not.

Ok, cool, thanks! You can delete this thread or close if you'd like! 
the best thing you can do is make sure your posts don't contain identifying information. it is not that hard to figure out details about a person if they post in one thread about where they work, another thread where they live and another thread containing their name. or really any details that would make it easy for someone to search through posts to find you.

Oh, yea, I don't tell anyone anything that's identifying about me. I don't even use my personal email. Tanks for the tips
also, be wary of adding BLers to a facebook or other social network. those details combined with details posted on BL can make it very easy for someone to figure out who you are.

Oh yeah, thanks guys, I do already know all this stuff about not posting personal info.. I do that kinda thing for a living. I just wasn't sure about the blocking feature, how it works. But I have my answer and thank you!
