Black Tar Heroin..Resin in tooter, alcohol substitute

Hello,
So I have two straws partially caked in black resin, and what I normally do is shake up alcohol in the straw for about two minutes then evaporate the pretty brown solution off of foil and smoke what's left.

The thing is...I'm out of alcohol.. sad right?
Last night I tried doing it with hot water and it worked it was just way more time consuming to clean out the straw better and evaporate quickly then using alcohol. Since I don't have alcohol, I was wondering if I could use a product with a high percentage of alcohol in it?
While putting peppermint extract in my coffee I noticed it had like 89% alcohol, but I wasn't about to get lungfuls of strong-ass peppermint taste without knowing if it was bad for you in anyway. I also have facial toner with alcohol in it..but I'm pretty sure that would be worse for you than peppermint extract with all the additives they put in commercial beauty products.

I could be over thinking this, probably am, but what would be the best alcohol product, with harm reduction in mind, besides alcohol to clean out heroin resin to smoke off foil? Have you guys used anything unique for that? :D

You can actually overdose on peppermint extract, although it's not that easy, I don't really know the safety of inhaling huge quantities of it. Definitely don't use the facial toner. You really can't just buy some alcohol?

Definitely do not use the facial toner or the peppermint extract as they both have the danger of causing complications. Can't you go get a bottle of IPA for a couple of bucks instead?

Hot water. Takes longer to dry. Use a foil tooter if you're on a budget then you just unwrap it and smoke it off the tooter itself when you run out.
