Technical Problem BL Clock?

Whenever I make post, the time of my post comes up as being 10 minutes ahead of when I actually made the post. Is this an error on the bl servers or my computer? My clock is set correctly, so I assume it is something wrong with BL.

Is anyone else experiencing this???
 
Yes, the time-stamp is ahead of the actual time. This was brought up to the staff, so they are aware of this, but I think that nothing could be done, or maybe it was just very low on the priority list.

Mine is 9 or 10 minutes fast btw.
 
If it is 9-10 minutes ahead, then it's speeding up. It was more like 3-4 minutes ahead originally.

I've just taken all the reported incidents in staff forums and other Support Forum threads and done a quick calculation on it.

Notwithstanding the potential inaccuracies in people's local clock settings and the 1 minute discrepancy based on when one looks at the clock, I reckon the disparity is increasing by roughly 1 minute every 20 days.

Assuming this crap equation holds true, Bluelight will be exactly one day ahead of itself in about 78.9 years... which, coincidentally, is the average problem resolution time for Bluelight technical problems.

the problem is known to staff.

it is being worked on. but the site only has one engineer and this is a little low on the priority list :\
 
let's hope it is sorted out in 78.9 years though :) or everyone will be mega confused.

I only brought it up as it was the first time I noticed it, I didn't expect it to be fixed immediately, I know there are a lot more important things to deal with at the moment. :) I just made a thread just incase the staff were not aware.
 
thanks for pointing it out. but sorting the major things that broke in the upgrade is the priority right now :)
