Biperiden (Akineton) is an anticholinergic drug used to treat parkinsonism. It belongs to the same group of substances as trihexyphenidyl and pridinol, which I consider the best deliriants for recreational use. Compared to DPH or Datura, they are much safer.
Recently, I tried 6 mg of Biperiden with 105 mg of DXM and 50 mg of DMH to prevent potential nausea and slightly enhance the deliriant effects. I know DXM can increase hallucinations, but I was unsure if it was safe to mix with Biperiden, so I only used 105 mg.
What's interesting is that the effects lasted only about three hours! After that, I felt just tired and went to sleep. The next day, I was feeling okay.
Let me note some of the effects I experienced in my trip:
The most interesting part was the closed-eye visuals!
When I closed my eyes, I could imagine almost anything I wanted and see it in FULL HD. Very distinct visions, just like a lucid dream. If I kept my eyes closed, I would get more and more immersed in these visions. After about 10 seconds of watching the visions, I would start to forget that I was observing a vision induced by a deliriant drug and begin to think that my visions were reality. This was awesome and intriguing.
I don't remember these visions exactly, but they mostly presented as random scenes from my life over the previous week. During the visions, when I opened my eyes or for any reason was brought back to reality, I was shocked to find myself in my bed because a second ago I was convinced the visions were reality. Many times I noticed that during the visions, I was actually doing something with my hands or my body. For example, if in my vision I was typing something on my phone and suddenly woke up, I could see that my hands were indeed in the position of holding a phone and typing something! Wtf! It was so strange to wake up and see my hands acting like I was holding a phone, but in reality, it was just thin air.
Another interesting vision was something like a mix between a closed eyed vision and open-eyed vision - because I am not sure if I had open or closed eyes. In the vision, I was lying in my bed (just like I was in reality, so maybe my eyes were open?), but I tried to grab something. I don't remember what it was, just some item next to my bed. I tried to grab it, and boom—it disappeared. Just like I had read many times in various datura trip reports. Awesome.

Let me note some of the effects I experienced in my trip:
- During the come-up, I experienced a nice warm euphoria, but it lasted for like 15 minutes.
- Body heaviness with 6 mg wasn't worse than with 2 mg at all. In fact, I'd say I had more control over my body than I did with 2 mg. I could even walk. Could it be because DXM cancels out this effect? Idk.
- I was confused and couldn't follow my train of thoughts. My thoughts were disorganized. I would think about something and then forget what I was thinking about in the middle of the thought, leaving me with a constant unpleasant mind fog and confusion for almost the entire experience.
- Hallucinations with open eyes were weak, much weaker than what I had on a 300 mg DPH + 300 mg DXM mix. I saw only a few spiders, which disappeared quickly and were transparent, like 20% opacity.
- The majority of my open-eye hallucinations were just black dots flying in my peripheral vision and glitching of my vision.
