cool movie, retro-futuristic visuals, 80s synth score, psychedelic trip, what else could u ask for ? maybe a more straight forward story, but that's not really the point. this film is all about throwback vibes. definitely worth checking out.

imo this is a love or hate movie, at times it feels very slow, and to some id imagine the visuals won't even keep em interested after 30-45 min. would for sure be a great "short" maybe it started out like that and somehow they got the funds and made it feature length.

i read this blog post "Beyond the Black Rainbow, or: Hypnotizing the characters...and the viewer" has spoilers so read it after a viewing and it may give u some interesting thoughts to process.
