best way to orally take dexedrine IR tabs

i take 3 10mg of dextroamphetamine immediate release tabs daily.
what is the best way to take it orally? some of my friends say to chew it into little pieces with your front teeth then swallow them, some say cut it up into powder and then down it that way, and then there is taking the tablets whole or cutting them in half.
i also take about 7 tums 15 minutes before.
just wanted to know the best way to take them that will make sure more of the drug is absorbed..thanks

yeah it makes sense that the powder would absorb better...and will cut down on the Tums.
does the Tums work with methadone as well? the liquid methadone.
because in the morning before i dose, it feels like my stomach is really acidic and i take 2 tagamet 30 minutes before i dose
