Im currently on Kratom matinence but remember hearing from several friends that they take some sort of Testosterone or Peptide to help with low Lobito and lethargy/motivation when taking MATs like bupe or kratom… any suggestions? I’ve only used Tesamorilin

I've used quite a few peptides. I currently use Testosterone Cypionate for low testosterone due to methadone usage. T levels went from roughly 45ng/dl to +1,400ng/dl after a few weeks of injecting 200mg/week.

There are a few natural supplements that have been known to work; MACA, Ashwagandha, L-Citrulline.

Cabergoline has been reported to help shorten your refractory period significantly.

Cardarine helps with endurance.

Proviron is an AAS know for increasing libido, erection strength, and muscle hardness.

Vardenafil (Levitra) and Avanafil (Stendra) are both PDE5 inhibitors that are similar in effects to Sildenafil.

Peptides:

Melanotan-II is known for improving blood flow, which can help with erections.

PT-141 also improves erections, but has a short half-life, so it has to be used close to the time you want to perform.

DSIP helps regulate hormones, which can help with erectile issues.

Hope that helps.

There’s a ton of things you can take before jumping on the hormone replacement bandwagon. I’d say try something like tribulus. Take like 2-3 g per day to really see the effects. A lot of supplement companies make super low dose capsules and I found I had to take like 3-4 times what the bottle said to actually notice a difference. There are topical and oral versions of testosterone also. Available through RX or UGL labs, cost effect wise I wouldn’t bother unless im taking real IM test personally

Super helpful going to try and source these… thanks you for the detailed report!

sounds good I’ll definitely look into this as well, very little experience but notice endurance and lobito dropping with opiate use during the years

Honestly I wouldn't put any stake in any supplement. In a healthy individual they don't provide any meaningful benefit, and opioid suppression is not considered being a healthy individual (in terms of body functions). Realistically you either come off and hope things go back to normal, deal with the low levels as your new normal, or hop on some test. At the end of the day OTC supplements aren't really going to be of big benefit.

Tongkat Ali combined with Fadogia Agrestis showed a noticeable increase in LH, and FSH on my recent blood tests, with a smaller increase in testosterone..

And if there is some increase in testosterone levels, it's not going to be something that can be relied upon long term and is likely to stop working in a matter of a few days/weeks.

test prop/masterone prop/proviron/cialis
Yes this if you want to do multiple (2,3) injections per week… I’d say they’re better off with maybe test cyp or enth at 100mg/weekly (could be less or more than this depending on the individual). In Canada Drs aren’t supposed to surpass 400mg/monthly via prescription.

Also masteron wouldn’t just be for any newbie coming on TRT. Its risk profile is low or minimized compared to many PEDs but the fact it’s a DHT derivative can be counterproductive or yield significant side effects for some people. Sides like maybe hair loss, high blood pressure, or even issues with prostate. I’ve experienced the prostate issues myself. And witnessed many with male pattern baldness issues have their issues exacerbated to a significant extent. Proviron tablets would be a better idea as it’s still a DHT but with a much lower threshold of risk:benefit.

A light TRT dose and a moderate daily proviron dose can indeed resolve the OPs issues rather quickly. But research needs to be done on their behalf and it’s not something you just hop on without educating yourself and vetting sources

Thank you for all of the insights/ideas/and helpful pieces of information. I will be looking into all of these things

As a nutritional scientist thats developed anabolic and androgens, stick to test at a dose of 600mg per month, test cypionate is your best bet.

The only other I'd even consider would be Anavar.

To all the above comments, none of those supplements work to any degree worth noting.

Zinc and magnesium aspartate is simple and decent but don't expect and magic.

If you go the testosterone route, make sure to buy clomid and Nolvadex as well for when you cycle off(if you do). At 600mg per month you can stay on year round with little side effects.

Peptides do work as well!
