Benzos Best benzo after stim for sleep

Lorazepam and Xanax (alprazolam) are shorter acting, but not great for sleep in my experience. Clonazepam leaves me groggy the next day. Diazepam is long lasting but never leaves me groggy so that would be my personal choice - it’s also fantastic for muscle tension, and many people find it to be their favourite benzo. But if I only wanted to sleep well, and have the benzo out of my system when I woke up, I would use something short acting but good for sleep like triazolam or midazolam.
I never see triazolam so dont think im able to buy that one

Yeah, it’s not easy to find. But if you ever do find it, it’s perfect for taking on a plane so you get a great 3+ hours sleep without feeling remotely groggy.
Temazepam works the best imo if you can get that. If not valium is decent to
Its little hit and miss with 20mg sometimes i ko sometimes its not enough
And i only sleep for 3/4hours
Are we talking taking benzo ND going straight to sleep or is there still some time play before sleep.
I normally do the following after my stim binge. 1mg lorazepam + 1mg alprozalam and 50ml shot vodka.
That's for that hanging heavy para feeling. And when ready for bed 0.25mg triazolam and good skuif, can add temazepam if you don't have work next day

Triazolam will knock you out with no after effect feelings. Love it and Luckily easily prescribed here.

Yep, that’s why I love it too, but it’s not ideal for people who have trouble staying asleep.

After stims my fave was always xanax or etizolam, although thesedays if specifically for sleep I'd go for nitarazepam
Nitrazepam i can get in 5mg tabs
Etizolam was great but banned, always took 2mg als works great for around 5 hours
Xanax i can get at 1 mg tabs ....how many would be equal to 2mg etizo

2mg alprazolam = 2mg etizolam, but if you’ve never tried alprazolam before I recommend you start with 0.5mg. It’s possible to respond atypically to a benzo. Alprazolam makes me feel like I’m on the verge of a panic attack though I respond normally to all other benzos.
Alp is definitely stronger than etiz mg for mg. I thought the supposed official equivalence was 1mg etiz to 0.5mg alp, but even that seems not quite enough.

Are they legit? I’ve had fake ksalol alprazolam.
