Best acacia confusa extraction tek

Here's a tek related specifically to acacia confusa: https://www.dmt-nexus.me/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=44251

Have not tried it myself at this point, but have heard of others having success with that method. Most acid/base extractions are rather similar in any case, but may require a bit of adjustment in terms of amounts of solvent used based on the alkaloid percentage of the given plant material, which can even be highly variable depending on many factors.

Does anyone have experience with inner trunk bark from a. confusa? Last year I purchased a pound of inner trunk bark to put away for later days, at the time the vendor claimed this inner trunk bark was the highest quality. He claimed that " the need for root bark only really applied to mimosa". He is now offering root bark at a much higher price. The trunk bark I have has many great reviews, so hopefully not all is lost. Has anyone preformed a successful extraction using inner trunk bark? Many apologies to Holy Toast for derailing your thread.

I would assume your standard 'straight to base' method works on this? With hostilis, I never found any reason to go with the acid step...lye quickly turns DMT tannate into DMT base, and quickly dissipates into yer solvent layer.

I did not enjoy teking acacia confusa, i did write an extension of my ''How to make dmt, easy and low cost way'' but the whole idea of doing a defat before initial washes really frustrates me.

I only used it few times when it was tricky to obtain mimosa, and the yeild ratio imo was not good (even through it had other various alkaloids)

Hmmm so you are telling me I need to do more research. :) That was what made hostilis such a joy to work with, no defatting needed.

Edit: I suspect once you get a DMT-goop one could go to a FASA-tek, and use water to seperate the oils from the goodies.

Well dude, from my recollection mimosa is just as available as acacia, unless you using the root to obtain a different sort of break through? And your research is prob fine (acacia is just more tedious shall i say)

If you are just looking extract dmt, i would seriously recommend good ol powdered mimosa :)

And once you have decent nn-dmt, you can make add MAOI inhibitors (some1 correct me of i am wrong, lol) thus making changa, then you can really experiment with mixing such psychoactive plants :)

Oh just researching. From initial appearances, it would seem this bark is a cheaper source (if only because of the 1.8% or so vs .5% in hostilis) but time and ease are always factors, and yeah I think I would second the idea of sticking with what has always worked...if one is going for a simple xtraction method they know and love (and excel at).
