Hi folkz
first of all this post may also be called "Benzodiazepines differences and similarities, opinions and considerations", but i'm also asking for a personal answer linked to triazolam
I currently have prescriptions for Triazolam (halcion) 250mics and Zolpidem (stilnox) 10mg, as well as i assume 20mg of Fluoxetine daily.
I was sticked to zolpidem due to the nice muscle relaxing sensation, especially when mixed with cannabis.
I decided to try triazolam because i was curious about the benzo's euphoria.
I've done some other benzos before, especially Lorazepam, Alprazolam and Diazepam, and i well remember that euphoria especially on Lorazepam and Diazepam (it seems that *pam benzos are more likely to cause euphoria), but my psychiatrist didn't want to prescribe me any long-term benzo, dunno why, but i think she's right because of the hepatic inhibition of fluoxetine (it's really important in my drugs story
)
Sooo i got those 20 tablets labeled triazolam 0,25 ug.
And obviously, as i always do (really intelligent), i started abusing (like recreational use).
I find this benzo really funny and euphoric, more than lorazepam (similar to Diazepam), it gives me a sense of muscle relaxation but also a stupid smile on my face while doing nothing and thinking about flowers and hippies aroud a fire.
In relation to diazepam especially, but also to lorazepam and alprazolam, this benzo gives me heavy blackouts (maybe also due to that few beers...few..yeah..)
Due to his short action, after 2hrs i should be ok, but due to inhibition of p450 by fluoxetine, generally the effect of triazolam lasts 4-6 hrs.
Im really interested in hearing others opinion about triazolam (i already red that post named "opinions on triazolam" but it's really poor imho).
Have you ever tried?
Have you an experience?
Does it produces euphoria in you?
And, in general, why each benzo differ from the other in a so heavy way?
