Does anyone know its safe to take benzos while on disulfiram treatment ?

Yes it is safe. A lot of people who are on Antabuse need benzos for sleep or anxiety.

Yes, it is. Disulfram works by interrupting acetyldehyde dehydrogenase, the second main enzyme used to metabolize alcohol. It has no role in the metabolism of benzodiazepines, so it is totally safe.
