Bupe Benzos, alcohol, and suboxe maintinence

These safe to mix?
I know cns depressents together r bad news
But iv got a decent tolerance.... Been on subs for a while now and drink on the weekends usually
But tonight I had taken 2mgs xanax and then started drinkin after...

How much is too much? Im not super worried im not blackimg out or anytging
Just wondering if I could drink a few more beers or if im pushin it...
Ive drank 4-6 budlights tonight btw...

Seems like you have already do it. It also seems like you know this is a dangerous combo, so I won't lecture you, especially since you have a tolerance. The respiratory depression from suboxone is not as bad as with other opiates, and it also has a ceiling dose in which respiratory depression no longer increases with dose. This makes it a little safe than some other opiates when mixed with other CNS depressants, but since it is still a very potent opiate, it is particularly dangerous to those that don't have a tolerance to the drug.

Always be careful mixing these, and I would stop drinking alcohol and switch to water at this point. Whenever I have drank while on suboxone, my hangover was always way worse.

Yea I put the beers up, drank a gatoraid... I guess the main thing I was worried about wasnt passing out from too much, but moreso from wat might happen once I went to sleep...
Just checked and my pulse rate seems fine, not really even slowed any...
What would b the main issue here? The breathing slowing or heartrate?
And could they get worse once u went to sleep (on own accord, not pass out frm too much)?
