Benzo w/d failed reinstating with Phenazepam

About 2 months ago I finally taped off benzos, but with my life situation it probably wasn't the best idea so I've decided to reinstate with Phenazepam free myself from the doctors and try again when I'm better versed to do so, what a shit couple of months sigh. At least this time no pressure from doctors etc....

Have you had phenazepam? I think you should go back to the doctor and just be honest. the doc will be there for you if you run out. He can prescribe something else if one benzo doesn't work. Within a year I went from .25/60 to 1/80. Currently I get 150 1mgs a month.

With benzos, I wouls definitely go through a doctor, as quitting cold turkey can be dangerous. You could have seizures among other unpleasantness.
