Benzos benzo 3 month break, tolerance question

I was using etizolam pretty hard for about 4 months a few times a week and obtained quite a high tolerance, ive now not taken any benzo for almost 3 months and will be getting some valiums later I am just curious how cautious should i be with my dosage? i was taking up to 12mg of etizolam previously without blacking out which is about 90-110mg of valium roughly. should I start at half of that to be safe incase my tolerance has shot down?

I would suggest starting with half that or possibly less. You will be surprised how much your tolerance has lowered. I took a couple month break from benzos after about 5 months of daily use. I took my normal recreational dose of Xanax (12mg-18mg ir) and don't remember anything. I just completely blacked out. Don't make my mistake hahaha.
