Ben and Jerry's 4th of July tweet backfires.

Tweet about America being built on indigenous land that needs to be given back has backfired as now their parent stock has dropped more than 2billion$ and a Vermont Indian tribe is demanding the land where Ben and Jerry's headquarters is located be returned.

I'll never buy Ben and Jerry's ice cream again. Not that I ever did but I'm sure as hell never buying it if they refuse to practice what they preach. Come on Ben and Jerry's put your money where your mouth is or are you just a bunch of hippy, communists(capitalists) that sell over priced ice cream for your own personal gain.

They've made quite a few very odd political statements before iirc.

Although I do find this boycott obsession (cancel culture) from the right a bit funny, that's also capitalism at work.
